Bright Ideas Realty is a growing real estate team, based in western Cary, NC--right next to Research Triangle Park, in the heart of the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill "Triangle" region of North Carolina. Chad's in his third year with KW, in MAPS Mastery coaching, and has taken BOLD 4 times as of spring 2018. Originally from the Washington, DC area, Chad graduated from Colgate University in New York and lived in NY for 15 years before moving to the Cary area in 2012. Chad andhis wife, Lisa, have tremendous corporate contacts throughout the region (they often help spouses make connections to help with a job search when their partner is relocating here for a job). Chad and Lisa have three school age children in the public schools. Chad and his team love to help families relocate here and also folks looking to retire to this area for the great quality of life, world-class health care at Duke, UNC, etc...
